All vaccinations for individuals up to the age of 18, and new features are coming to "Alhosn” app
In an ambitious move towards improving healthcare and securing a healthier, safer future for all members of society, "Alhosn" app, the national digital healthcare platform for vaccinations and more in the UAE, announced during a press conference, updates and new features that include adding all necessary vaccinations for children from birth to the age of 18.
The new features in "Alhosn" app, supported by the national cloud, are the result of collaborative efforts between the Ministry of Health and Prevention(MoHaP), the Department of Health (DoH) - Abu Dhabi, and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The new version of the app was developed in collaboration with the "Riayati" digital healthcare platform, which is part of the National Unified Medical Record (NUMR) and Population Health Management, an integral part of the national healthcare system.
The new update will provide a range of unique digital solutions that allow families to easily track vaccination status and review their records through a professionally designed interface that adheres to the highest standards and practices, ensuring smooth use for all individuals. Additionally, users will have access to accurate and reliable information thanks to the collaboration between the Ministry of Health and Prevention and local healthcare authorities.
The new "Alhosn" app update is a pioneering step in the world of healthcare in the United Arab Emirates towards enhancing the protection and well-being of the Emirati community. It provides a comprehensive overview of children's vaccinations from birth to the age of eighteen, as well as tracking all vaccination requirements and accessing health records with ease through smartphones.
